Just a reminder, the studio will be closed to in person lessons this week for maintenance!
New springs, wheels and upholstery! A spit and polish and well be in business July 2 for another 8 weeks of "fun"!!
All virtual classes are a go so you don't really need to miss.

Back from an epic adventure with my person.
London was awesome! Might have gotten some inspiration at the Tower of London!

Classes begin Monday!
New class offered this session...Beginner Pilates Reformer Thursday at 5:15.
8 weeks.

Limited spaces open in 9am Tues and Thurs all level Reformer. Must have some pilates mat experience.

A few open in Tues and Thurs 10:30 am somatics and foundation pilates mat(beginner). This is also offered through zoom. Inperson requires a reservation.

Classic mat pilates (intermediate level) 6:30 Wednesday also has openings.

It's Thursday and that means lots of cardio. 45 min outside and 30 min intervals on my spin bike
Somatics and foundation pilates later this morning and to end the day. Recoup and restore yoga.

Added indoor cycling to my regime three days a week and walking those days in the afternoon.
