Welcome to Pilates by Garda - Fredericton's premiere Pilates and Yoga Studio since 1998. Our goal at Pilates by Garda is to show you that Pilates and Yoga are accessible to everyone and every body. Classes begin Monday!
New class offered this session...Beginner Pilates Reformer Thursday at 5:15.
8 weeks.
Limited spaces open in 9am Tues and Thurs all level Reformer. Must have some pilates mat experience.
A few open in Tues and Thurs 10:30 am somatics and foundation pilates mat(beginner). This is also offered through zoom. Inperson requires a reservation.
Classic mat pilates (intermediate level) 6:30 Wednesday also has openings.
