You will be introduced to Mary Ann Tierney, the Off-Campus Living Advisor (OCLA) who will cover how to navigate rentals, picking your housemates, applications and lease agreements, and the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords. You will also meet Mae, the Student Lead of First Year Off Campus Community, who will share what we have in store this summer to connect with other off-campus students and ways to help with your social transition to Kingston.

The SEO is pleased to celebrate a member of our team, Hanna Knowles, for being recognized as a Champion of Mental Health!

The Champions for Mental Health program recognizes and celebrates instructors and staff members who go above and beyond to create supportive environments where student mental health is prioritized and truly valued and supported.

As the Student and Transition Programs Coordinator, Hanna supports incoming students through several transition programs, like SOAR and Summer Webinars, and creates engagement opportunities throughout the school year for all students, whether it’s study space or a fun craft event to destress and connect with peers!
