There have been many classes taught and the workshop on Sunday was a huge success. We took the time to reflect on the past six months and look forward to the next six months. The session was recorded and if you are curious about how contemplation, yoga and the art of reflection can create your 2024 then the recording will provide you with all you need to know!
This week is a big week with a full schedule of regular and cover classes, the fantastic Flare Festival plus 1-2-1’s and scheduled coffee stops 🙂
When I have a week like this I always plan my fitness and yoga FIRST then build my schedule around it ~ this way I sat grounded and balanced!

I have truly loved this week. Highlights have included:
~ teaching classes all week including our lovely zoom classes, Nuffield Omni, Fountain Park and Chesser and David Lloyd and 1-2-1 clients 😊
~ daily movement including yoga, running, strength, walking and swimming 🏃♀️
~ creative time including finally finishing the book by and podcast by for our super bookclub 📖
~ retreat planning. I have five venues to check out for 2025!
~ spent time with wonderful people including coffee with and the fantastic morning plus picked up a super duper surprise, coming soon to Em Yoga product from 🧡
Classes coming up this week, all online plus regular venues with cover on the weekend as I’m teaching a fantastic 3 night Em Yoga retreat at 🙌

Waking up in my flat today ~ shifting back to life in Scotland and taking a moment to dream of the joys of retreat!
It can be easy and beautiful to spend time remembering and wishing, oh I wish I had this (warmth!) and that (a fresh coconut juice!) AND it’s important to also think of how all that I loved from retreat can inspire my daily actions and way of being…🥥
And also honour it for the experience in that moment that I was in then! Non attachment and knowing that everything changes and flows 🌴
This trip was such a gift ~ time to truly relax, time to do what I do well, teach and support yoga retreats, time to inspire and be inspired, time to enjoy the amplified energy of BALI!!!

Today I’m celebrating taking time out ~ this trip has been exceptional at helping me reconnect to things that bring me joy, Bali being one of them 🙂
Last week in our closing circle for the week long retreat the retreat we closed with a beautiful meditation and then conversation with one other person.

I have had the best week from starting a new class on Monday at the lovely to a few days away with Chris.
And lots of exciting things happening over the next few weeks. Tonight I fly to Bali to work on a yoga retreat and have a few days to soak up the sunshine! All classes resume week commencing 20th May.
AND the newsletter has gone out ~ March Retreat to the is filling up FAST. I’ve also launched my first writing on ~ check out the newsletter to read it!
So from Edinburgh to Richmond to Bali via Singapore I wish you a brilliant week ahead!

Has anyone else’s week started and got to almost halfway before they have even realised it has begun? So much brilliant stuff to do from unpacking from retreat at the gorgeous to packing for retreat with and at the amazing 🌊
This weeks schedule has an extra class at the lovely on Wednesday. The fantastic Paula Castella is covering my Saturday classes for the next four Saturdays as I’m away in London and then Bali teaching on retreat and a few days to RELAX ☺️ 🌴 plus a yoga jolly up to Aberdeen to visit .still yoga 🙂
