“I began my yoga practice when I lived in the French alps 8 years ago. Yoga quickly become more than a physical practice, it brought me back to my truth. It helped me find stillness, clarity and tune into my body on a much deeper level.
All my work it’s about bringing you back home, to connect to the light you have within and to shed anything that no longer serves you. “
Jess likes to create spaces for you to step into your inner landscape to deepen your connection to your body, take time for yourself and to return to the magic you have within.
As well as teaching yoga jess offers healing work including Reiki & sound healing, she also holds womens circles and retreats.

After years of anxiety, over-thinking stress and a sore body but an even more worn-out mind, the founder of Luna & Wolf discovered Yoga and Mindfulness. After a few years of practicing this art form, he decided that everyone should experience it, from the Builder to the Baby. Yoga is designed for everybody, because it isn't about the pose, your flexibility or strength; it is about turning up and finding some love for yourself, finding stillness for your mind and teaching yourself to combat those tough life challenges.
