The more stressful the job, the more we allow ourselves to do nothing when we are free. There's no interest in starting major projects on a day off. It's as if you should get a lot done, but you don't have the strength.
The TV is enticing, as are social networks, and in the end, you think to yourself, where did the day go?
Large numbers of people live in constant tension. The greater the stress, the harder it is for you to hear your inner voice or true soul's calling. We mostly follow values taught in childhood, in school, and in society. We know what is right and what is wrong. But we don't know how it is to follow our true desires and needs.
When you try to express yourself as you want, you become inconvenient to those around you. You start to resonate differently, you lose interest in things that seemed important before. It's different and more authentic. You don't get worked up over every little thing, but you can see, for example, that behind a miserable neighbors behavior is an unhappy and lonely person. Behind a drunk who drowns his sorrows in a bottle every day, you can sense a broken heart and a distant soul.
Anger no longer arises in you. You start to be content with what you have, both in the fridge and in your wardrobe. And you realize that stores are fighting for the contents of your wallet. Peace enters you, even if "storms rage" around you. Not the kind of peace that calms, but the kind that generates wonderful energy. There's enough of it to implement what you hear within yourself and to give you a sense of fulfilment.
You might ask: how to achieve that? One effective way is to work with your subconscious. In it, we have accumulated both what comes from our parents, what was taught in schools, and foreign values that have stuck with us over the years.

We women on this earth learn a variety of roles from childhood.
First we play the role of a daughter, then sisters, girlfriends, schoolgirls, and then we fulfill the role of a wife, a mom.
So different directions for our expression and identification with it.
Notice the expression of each role, basically as we learn it, either by seeing from our parents, friends, neighbors, relatives, schools. We absorb it, it doesn't even matter if it is bad or good, we cling to what at that moment when the plants were closest.
It's no secret that fulfilling these roles requires energy to express it. Perhaps even a lot of energy to maintain it. Even if you don't notice it. Especially if you have young children and still work.
The picture of our time is that the squirrels run like squirrels in a wheel, just to be able to do everything. I would like to feed the family, clean the house, prepare clothes, hug the children and respond to their needs and work on all this. And on and on.
You're running to make sure everyone's okay.
And sometimes you run to get everything done, because that's the only way you can feel that you're valuable.
In the evening, just wait for you to take a glass of wine and raise your legs in the air and enjoy, finally, what you have earned, which no one can dispute that you deserve.
Or just sneak into the bedroom in bed and fall asleep quickly because tomorrow is the next sprint day... There's still so much to be done.
From the outside, it seems that someone is standing with a whip and reminding them of what still needs to be done.
You may not notice it at all.
That's how everyone lives.
Only somewhere the feeling of happiness disappears.
It's not with those loving eyes that you look at the life you're jogging in anymore.
Something is starting to be missing.
Begins to lack strength and more often and often you don’t want anything more.
And if you do, not because you want that, but because you must.
It needs to.

Parental settings, impact on our life.
"My mother, a gymnastics champion, often criticized me for my appearance, I often did not meet her wishes and expectations.

When we are adults, all those settings are still there. They not going a way. All settings and patterns are in our heads.We build our lives based on them.

Subconscious is the source for conscious where it take the direction and guidance for life.

In order to go into the subconscious and develop the program's which has been installed by the mind, which prevent you from living, achieving in life your aims - you need motivation to change something.
In a way, being ready to change something.
I can safely say that in order to really go deep and change something externally in your life, the willingness to change internally is where you have to do yourself.
No one will do it for you - not a teacher, not a guru, not a professional.
You can be brought to water source, but only you can drink yourself!

About Hypnotic trance
Word “Hypnosis” from Greek language translate as a “dream”
But it is not a dream.
Immersing into hypnosis, in human brains start working in fervencies which is close to, what people experiencing when they are asleep.
Anyway it is a border between sleep and a wakefulness.
