Each weekend you can find us at Folkestone SeaSports between 11am - 6pm to grab yourself a kayak or paddle board and hit up the water (every hire comes with a buoyancy aid).

You can either book online or rock up on the day. Please rest assured if we have to cancel due to weather - your booking will be refunded so you can rebook for a sunnier day!

We've got 3 FREE top quality camps for you this Easter Holiday. Our camps offer a safe place for your children to thrive in being active, eating well and learning new skills.

Thank you to Martin and Lewis from England Wheelchair Rugby League who introduced us to a sport which is branded as the most inclusive sport in the world.

Brought together by the awesome Sarah at Folkestone School Games, kids from six local secondary schools across Folkestone and Ashford were able to give this sport a try (pardon the pun!)

The children had the opportunity to chat to Lewis King about winning the World Championships and for being the first person to receive wheelchair rugby league's Wheels of Steel award.

5 DAYS 4 SPORTS - BOOK YOUR SLOT TO OUR FUN SPORT CAMPS FEBRUARY HALF TERM ⚽️🏀⚾️🏐

Every day brings a new adventure with a different sport, allowing your child to try, improve skills, and embrace friendly competition.

Our expert coaches are teaching their speciality sport so you're children are learning from the best in the local scene.

Camps run from 9am to 3:30pm at £15 per day, with early drop-off at 8:30am and a late pick-up option at 4pm for just £2.50!

For the second year in the row, we teamed up with Holiday Extras and Folkestone 51 to give local kids the chance to learn the art of skateboard and t-shirt design from the professionals.

Holiday Extras have shortlisted their favourite designs and they're asking you to vote for the best ones!

In support of This Girl Can campaign, we're hosting a Women's night run to empower women to take back the night and continue exercising outside in the winter months.

💛 Please note this event is also open to all non-binary folk to head along and join.

We'll be joined by Folkestone local running clubs so you'll meet the friendly faces of these clubs which you can join.

Research has found that 48% of women prefer not to be active outside after dark and 60% worry about the risk of sexual harassment or intimidation.

Join us for our "Let's Lift The Curfew" event on Monday 22nd January 2024 in support of This Girl Can campaign.

Together, alongside local running clubs, we're aiming to create safer and more inclusive experience for all women when getting active outdoors after dark.
