The market is full of stalls with handmade and artisanal goodies! (sourdough breads, quiches, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, honey, jams, chutneys, cheeses, juice shots, smoothies)

Why did I start my Back2roots juicing business ? 🤔🤔🤔

🫚Reason 1: I love eating fresh fruit and veg. This is an extension of how I live and look after my family. I want the same for the community around me.

🍎Reason 2: I am a creative person in the kitchen. Give me a few ingredients and I will make them work and come out with great flavours. I’m fortunate to be a Masterchef’s ( )daughter and I learnt everything I know from her.

🥬Reason 3: I believe that we are all capable of including more fruit and veg in our diet every day , we just need clever ways to incorporate it. I just want to make it easy for people to have access to fresh and healthy drinks which actually don’t have any preservatives or added sugar.

🥒Reason 4: Growing up , my grandmother shared lots of tips from Ayurveda (ancient Indian wisdom of health & wellbeing ) to ensure we have a good gut health and overall well-being.

For eg. Did you know pairing black pepper and turmeric is a very good idea as it helps to make the turmeric more bio-available for our bodies.

Back2roots Is a movement.
