Hello my beautiful people! So I’ve not done a witchy education post for a while and with Imbolc being finally just around the corner (seriously why is January 7 years long?!)I thought I’d create one all about the sabbat/ history and correspondences

I’ve been using January as my planning and taking stock month! So lots of journaling, meditation and generally preparing and getting ready to make this year an exciting one. I always get excited with Imbolc as it signifies the sun getting stronger, flowers are on their way and it’s just a time to really focus on new and exciting things.

I’ve had a really busy January over on Etsy and I’ve near enough sold out of everything so I’ll be spending today mixing up some magic in my workshop! I’m so grateful💛

How are you all? It’s been a funny week very busy but doing all the adult stuff that just isn’t the funnest to be honest! I think the older you get the more you struggle doing things you don’t want to do 😅 well I know I do.. still learning as a small business owner how to balance creating (the best bit) with marketing and photography and all the different hats I try wear

Hopefully some big changes coming soon as I move into some retailers! Etsy is so up and down with retail opening back up I feel like smaller business is really having to fight at the moment so I’m trying to focus on my goal of getting a shop 🌿

I’ve not properly shared a little over view of the new gorgeous candles but it’s seeing the finished product looking beautiful like this that gives me that buzz 🌿

Sacred space - amber, bergamot and tea .. I wanted some that reminded me of all the smells of my alter and the sense of walking into a spa

Botanical bliss - as someone obsessed with flowers I wanted to do something really floral but modern ... it’s like flower heaven .. gardenia, Freesia and Lilly. Just perfection

Then I have two classic scents of lime, basil and mandarin and fresh linen just because I make what I love !

Practicing gratitude 🌿

So You might have noticed I wanted this page to not be just about my products but more like a
Little community where we could all share hints and tips on mindfulness and positive practices! Obviously self care is such a huge one and that’s what led me to make my bath rituals to really make the most of bath time and the time out of this busy society we live in! So I wanted to put you on to something that really started my journey with pagan practices and changing my mindset for the better ...

Practicing gratitude! It’s something that’s completely changed my inner monologue and how I process the experiences of the world ... instead of dwelling on a negative experience I find myself automatically now being more empathetic, thinking more positive or just been thankful for what I do have !

I think it’s made me more resilient and things that used to throw me now I think and process completely different

I know I’ve mentioned in few of my posts about journaling .. well this is a great thing to start you on that journey ! I’ll include some journal prompts in the post so you can explore what you’re grateful for

I found this practice particularly helpful when I’ve suffered a loss or I’ve not quite gotten what I’ve wanted. I also used to dwell quite a lot on negative energy/ experience!

As always even if one person finds this useful that’s great!

Super full moon

Hello beautiful people hope you’re well ⭐️

Are we all excited for the super pink moon !

So as in previous full moon and new moon posts I’ve gone over a couple of ways you can celebrate the moon phases and different rituals but this is a SUPER MOON and marks a transition period and coming into a new phase. Like a super reset and it’s carries stronger energy

So for me I’m work on

Manifesting! - I’ve popped a how to in the post for inspiration 🌸

But also I’ll include in the post a few ideas for some of these

* Meditate
* do a manifestation ritual.
* Take a moon bath.
* Start something new
* A 3 card full moon spread

The full moon can feel like a bit of a disruptive time, resulting in more erratic behaviour, tension, or tiredness. You may find yourself feeling anxious or emotionally upset. Research has shown that we actually sleep less on the full moon so it's important to rest and recharge at these times

I personally NEVER sleep well on and around a full moon ⭐️ anyone else the same ? There’s so much scientific evidence on how the moon affects people and there behaviour I find it fascinating I may do some posts on it ? Let me know what you think

Happy earth day 🌿

I’d you didn’t know it’s earth day 🌎 a day centred around building awareness on everything we can do to help important issues such as global warming, cleaning the oceans and trying to tackle plastic pollution

Pagan practices are all about honouring and respecting earth and as a pagan brand I’m always looking for ways to align my morals, ethics and products

One of the worst places in our homes for plastic has got to be the bathroom and I’m conscious to try not add to that as a brand! So I want to talk to you about soap

I’ve mentioned before that my dream is to develop a whole plastic free routine for the bath and shower and to basically make soap cool again !!! I don’t care if you use my particular brand of soap but just think about it

How many bottle of shower gel do we use a year -
How many bottles of scrubs
How many bottles of shampoo and conditioner
How many bubble bath bottles

Even if we switch out just one of those things for a bar replacement imagine the amount of plastic we’d stop going into the ocean or landfill

So maybe for earth day explore how you could make just one substitute for a bar or a really good multi use product that you can use for multiple things 🌿🌎
