Yesterday we had another happy patient on our “back stretcher” machine. Patient getting relief from year long general low back stiffness which she feels is from too much sitting on different chairs working from home. Patient plays netball 2 x a week & dog walks 2x a day. After the 26min IDD session which targeted her L4/5 L5/S1 levels & a pre hands on osteopathy treatment her low back was more mobile and pain free!!
