Look out for 👀 Grilled Hamachi K**a! (limited availability) It is the collar of the Hamachi, located just above the gills and below the head. It is one of the fattiest parts of the fish, making it naturally juicy and very succulent. Our Hamachi is grilled until the skin is crisp and the inside is just cooked through. Served with home made pickles and greens. Yum 😋

The sun and hot weather is back this week ☀️ We have prepared a special dish that will go perfect with it. Cold shoyu dashi (sweet soy based broth) with noodles and prawn or broccoli tempura. 😋

Try our famous vegetarian (or) vegan miso ramen 🍜. The dashi (broth) is made from shiitake and porcini mushrooms,🍄 kombu (seaweed) and red and white miso. Topped with pickled ginger, mushrooms, seaweed, tofu and delicious nitamgo egg (marinated in soy) and of course fresh ramen noodles😋. The English summer may be unpredictable, but you can always count on our ramen to warm you up from the inside and put a smile on your face ❤.

Salmon nigiri, topped with chilli butter🌶🍣 We place the nigiri on cherry wood, which is set on fire to add smokiness to the flavour. Perfect with a glass of Yamazaki 12 on the rocks 🥃

We are happy to announce that from Saturday 11th July we will be open for limited table reservations. This will be accompanied with a new menu including some of your old favourites like crispy squid 🦑 naked pork gyoza, sashimi and much more. Space is limited, but we will be open for delivery and pick up as usual if you can’t get a table. 🙏
