1. Small habits lead to big changes.
↳ I started by tweaking just a couple of things each day, and it added up faster than I expected.
2. It’s about consistency, not perfection.
↳ I used to think missing a workout or eating out meant I’d failed. Turns out, the key is simply showing up more often than not.
3. Enjoy the process
↳ Once I found a routine that fit into my life (instead of fighting against it), everything felt easier - no dripping in sweat or gruelling workouts required.
It’s about making it work for you - and that’s when the results come…
And stick around for good.
He made over $100k but told me he had to roll out of the Porsche he test drove...
I was talking to a potential client who runs a successful business, but had been putting his health on the back burner
One day he went to the car showroom to buy his dream car - a Porsche
But when he took it for a test drive, he told me he had to 'roll out of the car onto the floor' because he was too big to get out of it normally...
He was so humiliated
That's the moment he realised no amount of money or luxury would make up for a body that wasn't keeping up
I see this a lot after speaking to lots of high performing business men
They work hard, hit their financial goals, but their health takes a hit
It’s okay to enjoy the finer things, like a fancy car (preferably not smashed into a wall 😂)...
But no amount of money can buy health as we only get one body
We can’t trade it on for a new one when it breaks
Remember, money can buy you a Porsche....
But it can't buy you health
Or a body that fits in a Porsche comfortably it turns out 😬

Years ago, I discovered that endless cardio wasn’t the answer to weight loss - it was actually holding me back.
