🏀 The type of sport: Endurance sports burn the most
🏀 Intensity and duration: The more they increase, the more calories you burn
🏀 The more you weigh, the more calories you burn
🏀 Age: The older you get, the less calories you burn due to the loss of muscle mass
🏀 Gender: Men usually burn more calories than women
🏀 The more advanced your fitness level is, the more calories you burn

I opened this platform a year ago to spread awareness about health. I set many goals, targets and dreams, but unfortunately, life throws us rocks through our journey that made me stop my work to resolve my health issue and get back sound & safe to my family and beloved ones.
Here’s what happened: “ On the beginning of November, I accidentally found out that i need an open heart surgery that can’t be postponed for much time.
While visiting doctors to know more about my case, I broke my leg with a severe ankle twist resulting in 3 fractures and ligaments tear. So I had to do the surgery coping with this situation too.
Today, I believe that God granted me a second chance to live and on this christmas I find myself lucky to be born again and join my beloved ones.
That’s why my wish for you this Christmas is to cherish the gift of health and spread joy around you as long as you are able to.
