The presentations are divided into two tracks. TRACK A topics consists of construction project management, sustainable aviation, and energy development, and TRACK B topics focused on innovative technologies in geodetic engineering, airport solutions, and sustainable welding practices. In conjunction, which are the Conferments of ASEAN Engineers and APEC Engineers. Additionally, there was a Fellowship Night, which highlighted the professional development and camaraderie.

The event was graced by Her Excellency Lilibeth V. Pono, the Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar. Among other guests are Engr. Mustafa Balarabe Shehu, WFEO President, Dr. Marlene Kanga, WFEO Former President and Ir. Yau Chau Fong, AER Head Commissioner. Leading the PTC and PTCWED officials is Engr. Federico A. (PSSE) is pleased to announce its upcoming 2024 PSSE National Midyear Convention and Technical Conference, scheduled for May 30-31, 2024, in Baguio City, Philippines. This year's theme is "Expanding the Horizon: Sanitary Engineering and the Global Environment”.

We invite interested researchers, practitioners, academicians, fellow sanitary engineers, both local and international, to submit their relevant papers to any of the seven Specialty Divisions of PSSE, which include:
1. Environmental Engineering
2. Environmental Management
3. Public Health Engineering
4. Plumbing and Fire Protection
5. Solid Waste Management
6. Wastewater Engineering
7. Water Supply Engineering

The submission portal for abstracts will open starting from March 14, 2024 and the deadline of submission will be on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑1, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. Authors of selected abstracts that will present in the midyear convention will be notified in writing by 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

Join us at Philippine Technological Council as we celebrate World Engineering Day 2024 with the theme "Engineering Solutions for a Sustainable World" with the 2nd D’Engineers Cup Sports Festival and Technical Conference from March 1-24, 2024.

PTC being the National Member representing the Philippines to the World Federation of Engineering Organizationsis again celebrating this year’s World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development, an event proclaimed by UNESCO at its 40th General Conference in November 2019 upon the representation of WFEO.

World Engineering Day is a joint venture between UNESCO and WFEO to highlight engineering and engineers’ achievements in our world and improve the public understanding of the importance of engineering and technology and it being central to modern life and sustainable development.
