Revised Cancellation Policy

From 23 Aug 2024 (Fri) onwards, cancellation period for both Cycle and Pilates classes will be changed to 12 hours before class.

Last-minute cancellations that are less than 12 hours ahead of time will result in a credit deduction.

For example, if you have a class booked for 10.00am on 26 Aug (Mon), you must cancel by 10.00pm on 25 Aug (Sun) if you decide not to attend class.

And just like that we are well through mid-August. Rain or shine Absofam, we show up for ourselves - not for anyone else.

What goals do you have for the week? What other limits do you wish to break today? List them down and check them once you get through them.
