On Saturday, we concluded FamChamps Camp Experience 2023 with the commissioning our 9️⃣th batch of FamChamps!

These students have displayed their commitment to believe in, live out and champion Family - both in their own homes and in their communities. We are proud of our FamChamps and the passion & determination they have shown in their journey thus far as young family champions 🧡

As FamChamps celebrates 10 years, we also got the chance to look back on the trailblazing legacy of the youth movement, and to appreciate those who have played a big role in the decade-long FamChamps journey.

Thank you, Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration, for joining us at this milestone celebration.

We are seeking individuals who desire to inspire and empower young lives to embrace and champion family values through the FamChamps Camp Experience 😎

At the FamChamps Camp Experience, youths will engage in experiential learning and receive the tools they need to make a positive impact on their families and communities – all while being guided by a dedicated mentor* over an 8-month journey.

Grateful that we got to celebrate A DECADE of FamChamps at Focus on the Family Singapore's Partnership Dinner earlier this week 🥳

It was extra special that we got to launch our newest initiative, FamChamps Junior, in the presence of hundreds of Family Champions!

Onward for Family: For Generations was the theme of the evening as Focus on the Family Singapore celebrated our 22nd anniversary at Partnership Dinner held on 20 May 2024. This year also marks 10 years of FamChamps, our youth development initiative dedicated to raising young family champions.

We are grateful to Minister Indranee Rajah, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and National Development, for gracing the event as our Guest of Honour, alongside some 800 friends and family champions.

At Partnership Dinner, we formally announced the launch of FamChamps Junior, a new initiative aimed at raising young family champions aged 4-6 who will play a part in cultivating caring homes and building strong communities.

To all who have supported us over the years, thank you for standing with us as we continue to strengthen families and invest in the generations to come!

The loss of a loved one is a painful and difficult thing to go through.

To experience a sense of emptiness and deep sadness are natural, and the necessary process of grieving can look different for everyone.

Especially when it is a sudden loss, how do we begin to process it? And how can family members and friends support those who are mourning?
