Pilates Kinetics is a Classical Pilates studio that stays true to the exercises of Joseph Pilates. We offer private and duo sessions.
Pilates Kinetics is a classical Pilates studio that stays true to the exercises that Joseph Pilates invented. Conveniently located in the residential area of Bukit Timah Road in Crown Centre, the studio is well-lit with natural light and shaded by greenery, providing a private and serene setting for a great workout. The studio is fully equipped with high-quality apparatus from Gratz Industries and Legacy Apparatus. Shower facilities and lockers are available onsite.
Stomach Massage on The Reformer π
This exercise opens up the lower back, while massaging the abdominal area, and strengthening the ankles and feet!

Twist with footbar up on the Reformer!
This exercise enables you to π©π¬ππ¨π© the torso while working on strength and coordination. It can be done with the footbar down, but the intensity is increased with the footbar up!
