Pilates Kinetics is a classical Pilates studio that stays true to the exercises that Joseph Pilates invented. Conveniently located in the residential area of Bukit Timah Road in Crown Centre, the studio is well-lit with natural light and shaded by greenery, providing a private and serene setting for a great workout. The studio is fully equipped with high-quality apparatus from Gratz Industries and Legacy Apparatus. Shower facilities and lockers are available onsite.

The Semi Circle and The Lazy Man β€” Fluidity, flexibility and control!

The Semi Circle (executed by Shirley) works the whole body, strenghtening and stretching with each movement.

The Lazy Man (executed by Hong Chin and Christina) requires an extra bit of balance and control as well.

Twist with footbar up on the Reformer!

This exercise enables you to π™©π™¬π™žπ™¨π™© the torso while working on strength and coordination. It can be done with the footbar down, but the intensity is increased with the footbar up!
