The Center provides information, referral services, counseling and criminal advocacy to crime victims. Online crisis chat: Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as their families and friends, can speak with a r**e crisis counselor online in an instant message or direct message-like format. In partnership with the Howe Branch of the Albany Public Library, CVSVC is proud to present "Not a #," a human trafficking prevention program for teens.
This is an interactive child trafficking and exploitation prevention workshop series designed to provide youth with information and skills in a manner that inspires them to make safe choices. Youth learn to identify and utilize healthy support systems that may decrease their vulnerabilities.
