"SHOULD I BE TAKING CREATINE?"

YES! Creatine is one of THE most studied (and safe) supplements out there + you’d likely see a huge benefit from taking it (especially with a Strength Season coming up) 🤩💪

Potential Benefits of Creatine:
👉 Build muscle
👉 Increase strength, recover faster
👉 Improve power output + performance during workouts
👉 Improve recovery
👉 Improve memory
👉 Improve mental health

We do get some creatine from foods we eat, but likely not enough to hit recommended guidelines.

Tips:
*3-5g/day
*No need to"load" OR cycle on/off it
*Mix w/ something that tastes good (BCAAs, electrolytes, pre workout, protein powder, etc).
*Doesn't super matter WHEN you take it, just that you take it *consistently* (training or not)

ANKENY PARENTS!!! Summer is here and our week long SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP(S) are a great way to get your athlete involved in age-specific speed, strength and conditioning sessions that will help increase performance and decrease injury risk for their sports!
Whether your athlete is looking to improve their performance or be active this SUMMER the Krave Camp is for them!!
Performance Camp Fundamentals:
- Strength: Squats, Bench Press, Pull-ups, Core
- Mobility and Flexibility: Including proper warm-up, cool down, stretching.
- Agility: Change of direction mechanics, Plyometrics
- Speed: Acceleration and stride technique
- Conditioning: To increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
- Mindset: Learning to do the hard things inside and outside of the gym!!
AGES: 8-17 (groups will be split up based on age)
DAYS: M-F
DATES: June 24-28
TIME: 10:30AM-11:30AM
COST: $125.00 for the week

The workout consists of:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
