National Call Your Doctor Day fall on the second Tuesday in June as a reminder for young women to schedule their annual Well-Woman Exam. We are asking you to take five minutes out of your day today to take care of your health by scheduling a wellness exam.
Scheduling a wellness exam halfway through the year holds significance because so many women delay their routine care during the winter months. Often placing the priorities of work, family members, or other obligations before their health, women overlook the simple phone call that may save their life. Use National Call You Doctor Day this summer to get a check-up. Once you're done, you have the rest of the summer to enjoy time with your family and friends.

Meet Charles Juhl, our June Member of the Month. Charles is a big fan of consistency in the gym, ice cream, and most of all his lovely wife of 48 years. He's been a consistent member of our club since 2016 and it shows. He's in great shape with a fantastic outlook on life. Charles spent 31 years in the Air Force and enjoyed flying in the F-4 Phantom. He's a real inspiration to all of us and we're so grateful he's part of our AF Family.
