4th Annual Deadlift Competition at Lincoln Highway Days Get ready to show off your strength at the 4th Annual Deadlift Competition during Lincoln Highway Days - it's gonna be epic!

Ride #2 of the summer is right around the corner! Make sure you have your bikes ready 👊

We will meet at the Big Creek Marina @ 5:30pm 6/2
Riding will start at 5:40 at the latest so don’t be late!

If you need help transporting your bike to the marina, shoot us or a message. We will be doing a bike pick up 📍 at 5:00pm

Tate VanEssen won last year's Lincoln Highway Days Deadlift Competition which brought the scholarship to Ankeny High School!

We cannot express how excited we are to present this facility to the Ankeny community!!! A lot of blood sweat and tears went into making the dream reality. The goal has always been to make a gym that is functional, clean, and inviting to all type of people no matter what their goal is! The gym is officially open for memberships!!!
