Wondering how much protein you need per body weight? It's recommended to aim for around 0.8 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day to support muscle repair and growth. Adjust based on your activity level and fitness goals! ποΈββοΈ

Alcohol can have serious health impacts on men. From reducing testosterone to increased weight gain. It's important to be mindful of its effects. Your health matters.
How many biceps exercises should you do when training them? I would say no more than 4. Biceps are a very small muscle group. Overtraining your biceps will not make them grow. Remember, growth comes from recovery πͺπΏ.
My favorite Biceps exercise

- Straight bar Cable Curls
- Preacher Curls
- Db alternating curls
Weightloss Hack:
Drinking black coffee ( caffeine) helps boost your RMR which is your resting metabolic rate by 3-11 percent.
The higher your metabolic rate the easier it is for you to lose weight.
Drink up β
With the weather being nice it's easier to stay active. Here are some of my favorite outdoor activities to stay healthy
- Go for a walk
- Go on a hike
- Go for a swim
- Join a local running/walking club
- Go to a park and get a workout in
While weight loss can include loss of water weight and muscle mass, focusing on fat loss ensures that the weight being lost is predominantly from fat stores. This approach is generally more beneficial for overall health and well-being.
