I have been sober for almost five years now and itβs a decision that has changed the trajectory of my life from that very last day I took a sip of alcohol.
That one decision allows me to show up as the best mom, sister, daughter, friend and coach EVERY SINGLE DAY. It took many attempts and many life defining moments to finally make it to this point but I thank god every day that I never gave up on myself.

Studies show the most efficient fat-loss plans aim to create a loss of 1-2 pounds per week.
By setting realistic and attainable goals, such as walking for 30 minutes each day and eliminating processed foods from meals, many people should be able to jumpstart caloric conditions and safely lose up to a couple of pounds per week. Your positive affirmations to live healthier will, in time, result in a trimmer physique.
