The “Human Rights from a Gender Perspective” training course developed by The Carter Center with Ministerio de Seguridad Pública and Embajada de Estados Unidos en Costa Rica launched this week at Academia Nacional de Policía - Francisco J. Congrats to the 21 graduates of our training of trainers course on Human Rights from a Gender Perspective in the Police Forces, done in partnership with the Ministry of Public Security in . The grads will train 120 recruits at the National Police Academy, the first to take a mandatory gender-sensitivity course.
