Yesterday, Dr. Eva Margarita successfully defended her dissertation: Afro-Latinx Censual Subjects. We could not be more proud of the truly boundary breaking work she’s done these past four years.

She’s intelligent, talented, and kind. And now, she’s a doctor of rhetoric, too! 🥲

Started the semester with our state tournament at 🤠 so much love to our D3 sisters & we can’t wait for what the rest of the semester holds for our community 🪩
