Lots of natural lighting, warm blue & green furnishings and nature artwork provides a welcoming, soothing and supportive environment for tweens, teens & adults to engage in "talk" therapy and mind-body (mindfulness, DBT, & EMDR) psychotherapies.

As a lifespan psychotherapist, I conduct play therapy with younger children, children & tweens. We may utilize the dollhouse & babydolls, expressive art therapy, musical instruments, Jenga and other focus-developing board games to help children heal from a variety of emotional struggles.
