RIP Stan Lee. Truly a legend. Thanks for teaching me so much about life. About strength. About courage. About vulnerability. About diversity. About being real.

I’m loving this journal for self exploration and going deeper with feelings. There is plenty of room for both writing and art, and it includes prompts for reflection and inspiration
There are way more feelings than “fine”! And even if you are “fine”, what does that look like? What does that feel like? How is it different than “not fine?”

Talk about being out of my comfort zone...
I just started learning how to play the Cello a few months ago. As an adult. With no orchestra or bass clef experience
And like all things, some days are better than others
Today was a bit of an off day, but also just like all things, I’ll try again tomorrow
Thankfully I have this little cheerleader, who loves to keep me company while I practice. It’s nice not to have to go it alone 😻
I also have an amazing teacher, who believes I can soon play in front of people 🤯

I love this because it applies to so many life things! This feels especially true in relationships. Having tough/important/emotional conversations with your partner takes a huge act of courage and can be extremely vulnerable. Thankfully, even small moments of reaching out of your comfort zone to connect can create lasting ripple effects. Whatever your thing outside of your comfort zone is, you can do this, and you don’t have to go it alone.
Thanks for the inspiration !
