Our dear hearts reach out toward our universal family! For our loved ones in Texas and Louisiana, devastated by Hurricane Harvey, as well as our brothers and sisters in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, whose homes were flooded by monsoons! We are always with you! Donate if you can to a cause supporting Hurricane Harvey and for the monsoon flooding in Asia! All our efforts, however big or small, creates the biggest change toward building a world of peace and love! Thanks everyone! One love :)

Hey PCOM Students!! Come join us today and warm your shivering limbs!

"Nourish Your Shen" is a time and space for Pacific College students and others to come together to eat, talk and learn more about the practice, use, and experience of auricular acupuncture and chair massage. The event also provides a space for massage and acupuncture students to network and create community.

Students are encouraged to bring friends and family, and inquirers about an education at Pacific will also be invited. Students who have completed the Auricular class will work on other students and visitors and on each other to gain more practice and skill. The organizers of this first Nourish Your Shen event will provide the potluck dishes but you are welcome to bring one too! In future, all PCOM participants will be asked to contribute to the potluck!

PCOM faculty will supervise and participate. The event is

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for rapid response to leads received through the iPromo and Memory Suppliers web site, chat function, phone, or other sources as requested by management as well as making requested number of daily calls. This includes responding to the leads according to parameters established by iPromo and Memory Suppliers, and within the established timeframe.

• Create conversations via phone and email in order to obtain all relevant information about the prospect and their needs for promotional items. Enter all information and follow-up details into the company's CRM system. Probe beyond the surface level, if possible, to get details about the potential customer's motivations and business needs, while responding to their requests for verbal and printed information. The absolute goal is to obtain and order and work an opportunity for additional future business.

• Work with sales management to successfully complete training activities designed to seek and gain knowledge of IPromo and Memory Suppliers, their products, sales skills, and the infrastructure and sales process of IPromo and Memory Suppliers. This acquired knowledge is to be integrated and consistently demonstrated in the daily ex*****on of assigned tasks.

• Aggressively seek methods for organizing and accessing materials in order to provide customers with accurate information in a prompt and efficient manner.

• Aggressively manage competing responsibilities to maximize time available for communicating with clients and closing sales.

Position Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5+ years prior experience in a sales-related position; and a Bachelor's Degree (B. A.).

Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
