Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡

🍊 “What I like most about OTF is the motivation. This past winter I was struggling to stick to a plan to get back into shape for the sports that I play in the summer. Some of my friends told me about OTF, so I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and sign up for a class. The coaches, music, and general energy in the studio hooked me. I’m feeling better both physically and mentally since signing up. And there’s a book club! 📚 100 classes down, many more to go!” 🔥
