We are doing a beginner series in October! 4 classes over 4 Mondays for $65.

Why a series over just beginner classes? A series allows you to build on the knowledge week to week, ensuring a deeper understanding of the whole yoga practice rather than just moving through the postures.

I also highly encourage non-beginners to explore a beginner series because I can guarantee you’ll walk away learning how to take your own practice deeper during other flow classes.

Restorative yoga is the perfect practice for ALL levels. And really anyone… the benefits are numerous and you’ll be guaranteed to walk away relaxed and feeling a deeper sense of mind-body connection.

Restorative Yoga is Mondays @ 6:30pm.

We will begin with a strong vinyasa flow and end with YIN posture to restore and relax. You will@then enjoy a bit of sound healing during savasana.

Woohoo! It’s happening- new studio in Circleville, Ohio. I am so excited and grateful to be part of this space. I’ll be offering Chair yoga, Restorative yoga, reiki, and sound healing. Come check it out!

September will be a trial of times/classes so PLEASE give feedback so we can better serve the community 🖤

As soon as the website is up, I will let you know but here is some basic info to get you started:

1) 📣Due to the space, classes will be registration only through the website! This is new change from my old classes!
2) Please be courteous about registering only if you intend to come.
3) Classes will be $18 OR you can purchase a 10 class pass for $170. ( Previous class passes will be honored at the new studio🖤)
4) Class passes will be accepted for all yoga classes. (Events and other services not included)
5) We cannot wait to see you in the space and share energy and healing vibes ✨✨

My Pelotonia….
I’ve joined the Greatest Team Ever, a global community committed to changing the world by accelerating innovative cancer research. Together, the Pelotonia community has raised over $236 million over the past 15 years for cancer research at the OSUCCC – James. But we aren’t stopping there. Every single dollar we raise is invested in the brightest minds in cancer research who are making cancer therapies less toxic and more effective for patients.

I am thrilled to be participating in Pelotonia for my 2nd year by riding 65 miles to support cancer research on Saturday, August 3rd!

My ride will be in honor of my friend, Alicia. She is one of the strongest women I know; a fighter whether it is on her bicycle(road, gravel or MTB), on the trails, or standing up for what she believes.She is currently fighting the hardest battle - the fight to beat cancer. I know she will persevere!!

Back in November of 2023, Ali was diagnosed with BRCA 2 breast cancer. She had a normal mammogram this past August, found a lump soon after in October and diagnosed with cancer in November. She is now almost finished with her chemo treatments-one round left.

So, I will ride 65 miles and raise $2,000 to support Pelotonia: One Goal-End Cancer.

In Alicia’s fight to beat cancer , it occurred to her that there is much to be done about educating women on how to get ahead of genetically high risk cancer. There is so much that doctors don’t ask and don’t test for early on that could be part of your preventive testing. She wishes to be a resource for others as she sports her new hairdo.

In Alicia’s words,“I’m kicking some serious ass and doing it with a cool looking new hairdo.”

I will kick some ass in training and on ride day while being inspired by Ali's STRENGTH AND PERSEVERANCE.
