We need your help to shape the future of our beloved Community Park, which is the first step to putting the ‘Park’ back in Fair Park. 🌳
This Park will also serve as a positive transformative point in our history. This is the beginning of a decades-long process to revitalize a part of an area the city bulldozed in the early 1970s to make way for parking, erasing a community of homes and businesses belonging to Black families. This is an opportunity to give this space back to the community. The Community Park will include requested amenities from the surrounding residents, such as WiFi, spacious green belts with fountains, splash parks, performance areas, natural Texas landscapes, and more. Please join us in delivering this long-awaited 40+-year promise to the community.
Please help us reach our goal of $25,000. Together, your donation will help us put the 'Park' back in Fair Park.
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Give a little. Help a LOT!

Happy Sunday, Fair Park! What a beautiful day out, and a great time to think about the future of Fair Park. Wouldn’t it be great to enjoy a morning stroll or an evening under the stars in your own community park? Or maybe the kiddos would have enjoyed some time splashing around a splash zone or enjoyed community activities with their friends right in their own neighborhood. Or perhaps, you would’ve liked to do your grocery shopping for this week in a nice, covered outdoor market that sells fresh produce and goods from local Fair Park businesses and residents?
All of these and more could be true if we put our heads together and bring change to the community we love. Join us for a community meeting to discuss the new Community Park and Proposed Zoning Change inside of Fair Park to build a parking structure. This week’s meeting dates are:
