We will offer a description of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, the evolution from its origins as a safe and commonly used anesthesia drug to being used off-label for anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, eating disorders, and other psychiatric diagnoses. We will also discuss how it fits into the ever-emerging, and scientifically validated, world of psychedelic treatments.
We will talk about the application of KAP in eating disorder treatment and present current research demonstrating the efficacy of this treatment modality.

We are very pleased that SB23-014 "Disordered Eating Prevention" and SB23 "Protections For People With An Eating Disorder" both passed through the Senate Health and Human Services Committee today and are on their way to the next step of becoming Colorado Law!
We were so grateful for the opportunity to testify before some of our lawmakers to make them aware of what our community is facing and ask for their help. We are also in awe of the powerful testimony we heard from others today. We hope this will make a big difference here in Colorado!
