Good news: UTEP teams were able to complete maintenance repairs sooner than expected, so all UTEP online services and platforms, including email and Blackboard, are currently operating normally. Because of the short notice, classes before noon today (April 4) will remain canceled. Employees should report to work as usual.

All UTEP classes before noon on Thursday, April 4 are cancelled due to an urgent maintenance issue. Many UTEP technology and data services will go offline, starting at 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 3. All employees should report to work as usual, but many online services and platforms will not be available until noon.

There are many great spots to study in the library. Whether you want a quiet spot to zone in and focus or a more lively spot, the library is the place to come. So come stop by!

New Hours!

Starting March 17, the University Library's Sunday hours will change. We will now be open from 11:30am - 8:00pm on Sundays.

Mr. Ramon Martinez identified himself as the young boy in this Casasola Studio photo. It was estimated that this picture was taken around 1935.

Mr. Martinez lived his whole life in El Paso except during his service in the Korean War. He later took a job at Sears Roebuck, and he and his wife had three children and were married for 58 years.
