UTEP is committed to serving the El Paso Community. Project Move is the perfect opportunity to help assist people in our community. The Union Services team banded together and repainted this beautiful home. Project Move has allowed for our team to become more involved in the El Paso community. Happy Thanksgiving, Miners! The Union will close early on Wednesday, November 23rd at 6 PM. The Union will be closed all day for Thursday 11/24, Friday 11/25, Saturday 11/26, and Sunday 11/27. We would like to thank everyone for filling the Union with so much joy and laughter throughout the semester. Thank you for all that you do. We will see you on Monday 11/28 for normal operating hours. Go Miners!

Union Buildings and EPNG building will be closed Friday, March 25th through Sunday, March 27th in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
Normal hours of operation will resume Monday, March 28th.

Spring Break is around the corner! Which means our building hours will be different this upcoming days. Check our updated hours of operations

UTEP’s Spring Career Fair will still take place at the Union East 3rd floor with a modified schedule of 12-5 p.m. We expect a normal schedule for Friday.

Due to expected wintry conditions, UTEP will shift all workday activities Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, to remote operations. If classes or operations cannot be conducted remotely, they will be canceled due to adverse weather.

All on-campus COVID-19 testing, including the city’s mega drive-up testing site at 3333 N. Mesa, will be closed.

The scheduled women’s basketball game Thursday night will proceed as planned.

UTEP’s Spring Career Fair will still take place with a modified schedule of 12-5 p.m.

Up All Night returns to the Union after 2 years!
Come join us before finals to hang out with friends and enjoy some activities. The Union Building will be full with fun activities, lots of study space, and of course the traditional late-night breakfast! Festivities officially kick off at 6:00PM on the 3rd floor of the Union Building East. This event is FREE for all UTEP students.

Hey Miners! We got the perfect study spot for you. Join us this Thursday, Dec. 2nd at the Union East where rooms will be be available on a walk-in basis for all students. Followed by Up All Night activities starting at 6p.m.

UTEP invites the public to three FREE COVID-19 booster and influenza vaccination clinics at the Undergraduate Learning Center on campus this week. No appointment is necessary. UTEP students, faculty and staff will have a dedicated line at each clinic. Please bring your Miner Gold Card!
