Today I want to share that April is National Stress Awareness Month.
Even the smallest steps taken each day towards self-care and stress reduction can yield significant improvements in mental health over time.
So, I want to encourage you to focus on making manageable adjustments to your daily routine. While the action might seem small, the cumulative effects of those habits you’re creating can end up being profound!
There’s no need to put so much pressure on yourself to get a million things done. ⛅ Think about it this way... how are you going to have the energy to show up in your life if you don’t get some rest now and then?
Most clients seek professional help when they’ve recognized that their behavioral patterns are no longer serving them and they’ve gone as far as they can on their own.

Today I want to share that it's Sleep Awareness Week! Each spring National Sleep Foundation holds sleep awareness week. This week it's March 10-16, falling just after daylight savings time - the perfect opportunity to remember the importance of sleep.

How to naturally heal the nervous system?
Our nervous system acts as the control center for your body. It's very important in regulating your physical and emotional well-being.
When feeling stressed, our nervous system is what gets us ready to face the challenge or escape from it (fight or flight). When feeling regularly stressed the continued activation of the nervous system can lead to serious physical issues.
The good news...you can regulate your nervous system, based on your current stress and needs with easy and manageable ideas to apply to both work and home life!
Change is an inevitable part of life that can bring about both fear and excitement. It is important to recognize that change is necessary for growth and progress. When faced with a new situation or opportunity, take a deep breath and trust in yourself to adapt and learn.
