What a day!!! Just wrapped up our FISD Transition Center garage sale - all said and done we should be bringing in just under $3,000 😃 Big shout out to our students who have worked so hard prepping all these items & working today, to all those who donated items. to our cause, and to all the volunteers that helped us set up AND rescued us at the end 👏👏👏 Extra special thank you to my favorite garage sale crew who show up for me time and time again 💙 you know who you are!

The Transition Center students have been working hard all year to sort, prep, and price items for the sale, while gaining important employment skills. We had a wonderful time yesterday at Stefano's Pizza making our own pizzas! 🍕🍕🍕 Huge thank you to Steve for hosting us, he was extremely generous and accommodating. If you are hungry for some pizza please stop in to see him, grab a bite, and let him know that we think he is the best!

We had the best time on our community day today at Lake Friendswood! Our students did a scavenger hunt, had a picnic lunch, and even did some fishing!
