Posted • Let’s be adults that empower a generation of confident outspoken people. Learn to apologise to kids. They'll trust and respect you more, not less. I love how so many of this generation’s parents are already doing this. We can teach respectful dialogue instead of shutting down any type of disagreement as ‘disrespect’.
Burnout and coping handouts
Being accountable for projections will help you stop harming others for being harmed. This harm we cause causes us to stay in the disconnected un attached space we experienced as children. Work on your hurt a little bit daily and it will help you with the awareness necessary to reduce or stop harmful projections. When aware of projections you can actually turn them into helping being closer to others.
These are excellent reminders on how to heal self and stop passing on harm.

There are so many people who are walking around with unresolved trauma and make these behaviors look normal. We often dismiss or participate when we see because of our own trauma.
Supporting self with validation and decreasing self attack shaming narratives is key to healing.

Daily reminder to not decrease pain where change needs to occur.
Work on your plan to grow. Make a million mistakes and keep trying to stick with the plan of self care. Learn to control your impulse to harm yourself for temp relief of pain. Work at the core of where the pain is coming from so the impulse becomes less intense. Have peace
