Posted • Let’s be adults that empower a generation of confident outspoken people. Learn to apologise to kids. They'll trust and respect you more, not less. I love how so many of this generation’s parents are already doing this. We can teach respectful dialogue instead of shutting down any type of disagreement as ‘disrespect’.

Being accountable for projections will help you stop harming others for being harmed. This harm we cause causes us to stay in the disconnected un attached space we experienced as children. Work on your hurt a little bit daily and it will help you with the awareness necessary to reduce or stop harmful projections. When aware of projections you can actually turn them into helping being closer to others.
