Looking for part time receptionist. Position available as front desk receptionist for an acupuncture clinic in Woodland Hills. Duties include answering phone calls, patient interaction, scheduling appointments, organizing files, calling insurance companies, general office work (copies, filing etc). Paid training, flexible hours and days. Office open Monday through Friday 9-5 and Saturdays 9-2, currently looking for someone 2-3 days during the weekdays, Mondays and Fridays preferred.

We follow strict Covid protocols including enforcing mask use, disinfecting surfaces, UV light sanitizing etc.
