With immense pride and joy, we're thrilled to share some incredible news! Yesterday, a local athletic trainer in CATA Region 3 played a pivotal role in saving a life. While overseeing multiple games at Reedley High School (as most secondary school athletic trainers do), Victoria Yost swiftly responded to a medical emergency in the stands, performing CPR and utilizing an AED to aid the individual. Thanks to her quick actions, the individual was successfully transported and is now in stable condition. Despite her heroic efforts, Victoria remains humble, as noted by Region 3 director Suzy, who encourages everyone to acknowledge her outstanding achievement. If you have the chance to see her at FWATA this weekend or at her site, please take a moment to recognize her incredible work!
