PART 4: Currently studying in Italy in the Gonzaga University in Florence program, Clare Donahue reflects on her journey so far, “I am thankful for the experiences and traveling I am doing abroad. I am also thankful for the classes I am taking where I have gotten to tap into my creativity!” 🇮🇹

PART 3: Anton Baricevic is currently in Germany, participating in the LMU Engineering in Bonn program. When asked to describe his experience so far, he said, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to wander the world. It's been one of the most impactful experiences I've ever had, and I can't thank enough the people who I'm with and the people back home supporting me on my journeys." 🇩🇪

PART 2: Lindsey Groom is currently studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland, and when asked about her experience, she said, “I’ve had a wonderful time abroad this semester! I’ve seen all the countries I’ve wanted to see, and I never thought I’d be able to at my age. Though it’s been fun, I miss LA, and my family and I cannot wait to return to LMU and my life there.” 🇮🇪 2023

PART 1: In this four-part series featuring LMU students and their experiences studying abroad. What are you thankful for? Ellen Hauxhurst wrote, “I think every student should study abroad and immerse themselves in a new culture/environment. During my time abroad, I learned so much about who I am and who I want to be in the future. It was my craziest, most beneficial and most exciting semester at LMU. Thank you, LMU study abroad for helping me get out of my comfort zone and see the world!” Ellen is currently participating in the LMU International Documentary Minor in Bonn program. 🇩🇪

This week's Throwback Thursday features Mary, Izzy, Taylor, and Violet. They studied abroad in the LMU Summer in Oxford program this summer. When asked about her experience, Mary said: "Going abroad to Oxford was the best decision I've ever made. It gave me so many new perspectives and exposed me to different people that I otherwise would have never crossed paths with. " 🇬🇧
