The Administrative Team of the Early Enrichment Center (EEC) works tirelessly to ensure that our State of Tennessee 3 Star Rated Center remains a premier choice of parents across the city.
The regular meetings focus on enrollment, development, engagement, feedback, and the socio-emotional curriculum are pivotal for the continuous improvement and success of the EEC. Our meetings provide a structured opportunity for our leaders to share insights, address challenges, and collaboratively make decisions that enhance the educational experience. Each of our meetings cover one or more of the following topics:
β
Discussing enrollment helps in understanding trends and planning for growth.
β
Development focuses on both the personal and professional growth of staff and educators.
β
Engagement strategies are critical for keeping students motivated and involved in their learning.
β
Feedback is a valuable tool for improvement, offering perspectives from students, parents, and educators on what is working well and what could be enhanced.
β
Lastly, reviewing the curriculum ensures that it remains relevant, comprehensive, and aligned with educational standards and goals.
Our holistic approach to discussion and decision-making ensures that our programs remain dynamic, responsive, and effective in fulfilling our mission.
