Congratulations to Braden Jackson, Gabrielle Clark, and Ma’Hajah Turner for being awarded the Rotary Club of Memphis Central . The Rotary Foundation provides scholarships for college graduates and professionals interested in studying peace and conflict resolution. Global grants are available for graduate students pursuing studies abroad in Rotary's key areas of focus, which include promoting peace, combating disease, ensuring clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, saving mothers and children, supporting education, boosting local economies, and preserving the environment. Kudos to the deserving recipients.

Guest Speaker Dominique Dillon
Dominique Dillon joined the FOX13 Memphis team as a reporter in October 2019.
Less than three years later, she was promoted to anchor and anchors FOX13 Midday Monday through Friday at 11 a.m.
Though she is a Cali girl, Dominique is no stranger to the South. She worked as an multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at KTAL 6 in Shreveport, Louisiana for nearly two years.
She graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and minor in English. While at PVAMU, she was a member of the women's soccer team.
Dominique has a true passion for mentoring aspiring journalists. Her other interests include working out, spending time with loved ones and traveling.
She is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists. Dominique is happy to call Memphis home and looks forward to reporting
on the stories that matter most to people throughout the area.

Last month, Dylan Pogue '26 was presented the Rotary Character Achievement Award by Rotary Youth Exchange Co-Chair Marty Petrusek on behalf of Rotary Club of Memphis Central.
Dylan was one of four students chosen to receive the award, which recognizes students who exemplify good character and, despite personal obstacles/challenges, attain high levels of achievement in their school and personal lives. Way to go, Brother!
