Tired of Living with Neck Pain?

Is neck pain making your daily activities a struggle? At Steve Kravitz Physical Therapy, we understand how debilitating neck pain can be. But did you know there's an effective, evidence-based treatment that can help? Introducing Dry Needling!

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is a specialized technique using thin needles to target and relieve muscle pain. By deactivating painful "trigger points," dry needling helps reduce muscle pain and soreness, improve flexibility, and promote healing.

How Does It Work?

When the needle is inserted into the muscle, it creates a twitch response, signaling the muscle to relax. This intramuscular release helps alleviate pain and tension, allowing for more effective physical therapy.

Dry needling is an excellent option for both acute and chronic injuries, helping you recover faster and get back to your normal, pain-free life.

Ready to find relief? Contact us at (615) 840-3281 or visit us in Nashville, TN, to learn more about how dry needling can help you. Don’t let neck pain hold you back any longer. Book your appointment today and start your journey to a pain-free life!

Struggling with shoulder pain? Let's talk about dry needling! At Steve Kravitz Physical Therapy, we're excited to offer this innovative treatment for targeting those stubborn trigger points directly. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling goes straight to the source, providing relief where it's needed most.

With long filament needles, we pinpoint trigger points within key shoulder muscles like the anterior deltoid, infraspinatus, and subscapularis. When the needle penetrates these tight areas, muscles experience a slight convulsion known as the local twitch response (LTR), releasing built-up pressure and promoting healing.

Dry needling doesn't just alleviate pain – it addresses imbalances caused by strained muscles, helping your body return to its natural state of balance. Plus, by stimulating an anti-inflammatory response and improving blood circulation, it supports the return of vital nutrients to previously inflamed areas.

Ready to say goodbye to shoulder pain? Schedule your dry needling session today and take the first step toward lasting relief! https://stevekravitz.com/request-appointment/

She began specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy after giving birth to her daughter in 2019. In 2022 she helped establish a new pelvic health program at the VA Western Colorado Healthcare System where she treated both male and female patients with bowel and bladder dysfunction, pre and postpartum, chronic pelvic pain among other diagnoses using a trauma-informed lens.

Struggling with nerve pain? Let's talk about Nerve Mobilization!

Nerve Mobilization targets nerve compression with precise pressure, aiming to alleviate symptoms like pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness. It's a game-changer for issues like sciatica and other nerve-related concerns.

Understanding the source of pain is crucial. While self-care techniques and pain meds offer temporary relief, they don't address the root cause: tight spots in tissues. Nerve Mobilization directly targets these areas, restoring mobility and relieving pain.

With the guidance of trained professionals like ours, at Steve Kravitz Physical Therapy in Nashville you can experience long-term relief and improved function.

Don't let nerve pain hold you back. Consult with us today to craft a personalized treatment plan for a pain-free life. Reach out to schedule your consultation now! https://stevekravitz.com/request-appointment/
