Good morning PCAC!

Reminder, this Friday Cyndy and Jan are out, so no 8:30am TABATA or 10am Silver & Fit HOWEVER our wonderful Jessica will be stepping in and teaching yoga at 9am!

Jessica's normal schedule here is yoga M-TH at 6pm as well as T/TH at 2pm and Saturdays at 11:30am, so you're all in great hands! :)

HAPPY 4th of JULY PCAC!

We’re open until 4pm today. Normal hours resume tomorrow 7/5.

Next week's schedule!

Club hours on 7/4 are 6am-4pm.

Kathy is not teaching water aerobics on 7/4 & 7/5.

Jan is out 7/1-7/4 (she is back and teaching on 7/5).

Jessica is out now through 7/7.

Cyndy is teaching 7/1 and 7/3.

Sami is teaching Zumba 7/2 and only Tuesdays moving forward.

PCAC! I am so pleased to say we just installed 4 brand new Matrix Fitness treadmills and 2 recumbent bikes. Many, many months in the making, but we finally got them, and thank you for your patience!

Sami is out of town so no class from now 4/19-5/9 and will resume class Saturday, May 11th at 8:00am!

Good evening PCAC!

I will be doing some additional chemical work on both the pool and hot tub which means I have to make sure nobody uses it and it's always hard to find the best time and enough time, but TONIGHT at 8pm, I will close it down to get things moving as soon as possible and without effecting too much of your pool time, however, it will take some time for the chemicals to settle, but I would guess later in the afternoon tomorrow 3/13/24 we should be ready to go if not sooner.

I will be in tomorrow morning at 8:30am monitoring levels and if we're ready then I'll let everyone know otherwise watch for my email.

Let me know if you have any questions, I appreciate your understanding on some routine cleaning! 🙂

We are absolutely thrilled to say that ONE of our very own members and their family were chosen to take part in this up-coming docuseries on PBS titled Inside Senior Living!

In two weeks, they will be here filming for their show and we are honored to have made such an impact on their lives.
