Covid lockdown challenge ALERT.

With more restriction and possibly more time ⏱to kill and gyms closed. Now might be a great time to work out some kinks 🗯

Many people have limited core stability, weak gluteal muscles, and limited thoracic spinal mobility.

So, here are three exercises you can do. Each one addressing the things mentioned above.

Forearm plank....try for 1 minute.
Glute Bridge....banded or not your choice 2x20
W to V....if no roller just lye on the floor. 2x15

It is going to be HOT out there the next few days. STAY HYDRATED. Drink lots of water and replenish electrolytes if working out for an hour or more, sweat ALOT, or work outside!! If you experience thirst you are already dehydrated.

This is a great example of how food is marketed to make us think that it is healthy when it absolutely is not. The front boosts 25 g of protein per bottle but look at the back....51 g of sugar....yes 51. That’s more then a Coke. OUCH. 😡
