"Thank you!" to The Parish of St. John Paul II Maine for the plethora of pillows & home goods donated to our Refugee & Immigration program. Many refugees have been waiting years, and in some cases decades, to be resettled. When they arrive after living in a refugee camp they have very little – so you can imagine how comforting a warm, safe bed and fresh pillows can be! Thank you for helping us "welcome the stranger" so warmly!

We have some exciting news thanks to Catholic Charities USA!
The national membership organization that represents all of the 168 independent Catholic Charities agencies, covering every inch of the U.S. and its five territories, launched an awareness campaign last week called “We Are There.” The campaign will include spots on TV, radio, online and in print that highlight the services the agencies provide. The 30-second video includes footage of a Hartford student playing violin in our Community Schools program.
