Have some stuff going on, so unfortunately there will be no meeting today. I will be talking with every member personally and trying to figure out when a good time and day is going to be able to work and be agreed upon. I'm still thinking the same location. For those of you who don't know the location if you would actually like to be a part of SCPDG, let me know, I will send you the location along with our welcoming member message. So I apologize for the inconvenience. I will message all members today.
- Executive Commander Jonathan Jarvis
First meeting is on June 27th. Message for more details
"No free government was ever founded, or ever preserved its liberty, without uniting the characters of the citizen and soldier in those destined for the defense of the state...such area well-regulated militia, composed of the freeholders, citizen and husbandman, who take up arms to preserve their property, as individuals, and their rights as freemen."
- Richard Henry Lee
"For a people who are free, and who mean to remain so, a well organized and armed militia is their best security."
- Thomas Jefferson
I am putting together a Private Unorganized Constitutional Militia Group, Spokane Community Peoples Defenders Group or (SCPDG). For those of you who dont know what that is, Militia organizations in the United States are private organizations that include paramilitary or similar elements. These groups may refer to themselves as militia, unorganized militia, and constitutional militia. Militia groups are sanctioned by law but uncontrolled by government, in fact, they are designed to oppose a tyrannical government. We will be a force engaging in defense activities or service to protect our community, territory, our property and laws. Our membership comes from all races, genders, religions, creeds, and affiliations. This means we include everyone that makes up "We The People". We believe the constitution is the highest law of the land and firmly sets out the foundation of our government, military, and most importantly rights of the people.
- Militia Captain Jonathan Jarvis
