Make a family Holiday calendar- Your work Christmas party and your kid's recital and your spouse's family get-together are all weighing on your mind... Get them out of your head and onto paper! Having a family calendar with everything coming up in one place can make it easy to make sure nothing is missed, and help you identify what you can cut if you are feeling overwhelmed.

Mealplan for less stress/eating out- Avoid that last-minute pizza or grocery store run because you don't have what you need to make your famous cheeseball for the family party by making a meal plan! Knowing what you need and having it at your fingertips is half the battle and you are a warrior.

Let go of traditions you don't enjoy- Sometimes we get lost in repeating what we've always done- instead of focusing on the things we really enjoy and add value to our holiday. Make a list of which traditions work for you and don't spend energy on the rest.

Organize your gift giving- Do you find yourself grabbing random things you see that you feel like someone would like or hunting for a last-minute present for the coworker you forgot? Making a list and checking it twice 😉 can save you time, money, and stress. Write down who needs a present, any ideas you have, what you have for them already, their budget, and what you've spent so far. This ensures you get everyone a present they will love without breaking the bank- or your sanity.
