Dr. Moreno is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson, Associate Vice President for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and Director of the Hispanic Center of Excellence at the UArizona Health Sciences. He has interest in working with underserved communities and has worked in numerous fields to decrease the gap of mental health services for immigrants in Arizona.
