We’re happy to announce that Taylor Morris is returning to Hutchinson! Starting this week, he will be joining Dan and our team.

Meet Mason! Our New WSU Physical Therapy Student 📚💪

Mason is currently in his second year at Wichita State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate program.

Mason has a keen interest in orthopedics, performance, and manual therapy. When he isn’t busy with his studies or at the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, hiking, and socializing with friends from school and church.

Help us in welcoming him to our team for the next 10 weeks! We are thrilled to have him on board. 👏

A shout out to Catelin, our Cancer Rehab and Lymphedema Specialist, for speaking and providing resources to Victory in the Valley’s Womens Weekend! Her goal with physical therapy is to maximize mobility and manage cancer related lymphedema.

Catelin spoke with survivors who had just received their diagnosis and those who have been in survivorship for over 20 years.

Thank you to Victory in the Valley for allowing Catelin to show that no one has to fight alone!!

✨AN OFFICIAL WELCOME TO CATELIN✨
Please help us welcome Catelin Kass to the Physical Therapy by Phoenix team! Catelin is seeing patients at our northeast and south offices.

“Catelin Kass is a Kansas transplant who has lived in 6 different states across the US before coming to Wichita in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. During her schooling she identified a lack of physical therapy support for patients who have or are survivors of cancer, who often have significant mobility or functional limitations after their treatment. Catelin realized that this is a patient group she is passionate to help because every one of them is fighting for a reason, and no one should have to fight alone. Since that time, she has graduated from Duke University Health System's Oncologic Residency where she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, completed her first Herman and Wallace pelvic floor course, and received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Informed Therapy to provide holistic care for her patients. She treats a wide variety of cancer related conditions including lymphedema, cancer related fatigue, post-mastectomy/lumpectomy care, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, baking and cooking, and reading novels with a hot cup of coffee.”
