I’m needing 3 clients for this Saturday for some training for a new therapist that’s coming on board (yay!) only charging $50 just to help cover costs. Please get in touch if interested 😃
Michelle is an amazing iridologist and health coach. This will definitely be worth attending!
This client came into me recently with CHRONIC constipation. She would empty her bowels once a month, was very gassy, bloated & as you would expect uncomfortable. We did a few colonics in conjunction with my OxyCleanse to get things moving then I recommended she take a course of my ParaCleanse herbal supplement & this is the result - parasites, parasite egg sacks plus lots of old toxic mucus.
Parasites are easy to pick up, they cause havoc in the body & affect all aspects of health and wellbeing.
I highly recommend everyone under take a parasite every 6 months.

Welcome to our p**p corner! This little machine is what does a lot of the magic when you are in the clinic having a colonic (but not all of the magic - there are other things involved to help the process). Our clients often say coming in for a colonic is a really relaxing process, so book your colonic now!
Probiotics are actually often found in foods that we eat, usually fermented foods such as sauerkraut or most yoghurts. Probiotics support the bacteria growth in your gut that's already there and promote good bacteria growth. Probiotics are great for your gut!
Often people think you only take probiotics after an antibiotic treatment but it's actually really beneficial to take them on a daily basis. However, always talk to your medical professional and take them under their advise.
During summer I often find myself reaching for a salad for dinner so I wanted to share a gut loving salad recipe full of nutritious goodness:
For the salad:
3-4 cups of chopped kale, washed
1 large sweet potato, cubed (tip: leave the skin on for extra fibre)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp of pepita seeds
1 tsp of paprika
1 tbsp of dried Italian herbs
2 tbsp of olive oil (for the potatoes & chickpeas)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 tbsp of honey
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
2. Place the sweet potato onto a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, paprika, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Toss and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and soft.
3. In the meantime, lightly fry the chickpeas by adding them, alongside a dash of olive oil into a medium-sized fry pan. Cook for ~5 minutes.
4. Assemble the salad by placing the kale, cooked sweet potatoes, fried chickpeas, pepita seeds and sliced avocado into a large bowl.
5. Make the dressing by thoroughly combing all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
6. Toss and serve! Enjoy this salad on its own or as an accompaniment to your favourite main meal.

As we touched on in the last post, your digestive system is connected to so many systems in your body and how stress can impact that. Here are a couple of ways that you can think about your gut every day. Use meditation as a form of stress management to reduce your stress levels. Think about the food you are eating, by eating whole foods you are feeding your body high quality nutritious foods. Feeding your gut with these foods is also feeding your mind. Moving your body in a form of exercise that you find fun is also a great way to think of your gut and your mind. Moving your body each day helps your digestive system to process the foods you eat.
It is important to take care of your digestive system because it is connected to so many other systems in your body. Here are 5 tips to improve your digestion:
1. Eat a more whole foods based diet (i.e. legumes, fruits, vegetables)
2. Eat plenty of fibrous foods (beans, legumes, broccoli, berries are a few examples) to help you p**p
3. Drink 2L of water every day, your digestive system needs water to be able to process your food
4. When you have elevated stress levels it directly affects your gut, so managing your stress levels well can improve your digestion
5. Eating mindfully - this means being present with the food you are eating, focusing on the taste and textures and making sure to chew your food multiple times before swallowing makes it easier to digest
With all of this beautiful Summer weather I wanted to share my favourite gut detoxing smoothie, to make it just combine all of the following ingredients in a blender:
1/2 cup water (or orange juice)
1 green apple
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 inch fresh ginger , peeled and minced
1 cup fresh spinach
small handful fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Do you have a favourite detox smoothie? Let me know in the comments!
Being a colonics business, it's important that I share with you what a healthy vs an unhealthy colon looks like. Things that can cause an unhealthy colon are foods high in fat and refined sugar. Eating a more whole foods based diet and having regular colonics sessions is a great way to maintain a healthy colon.

I want to help you go into the New Year cleansed, with a healthy gut. Some ways that you can do this or help with this if you are coming in for a colonic are:
- Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day
- Exercising (in any form you like) for at least 30 minutes a day
- Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg

Following on from the previous few posts - the best way you can care for your bowel this Christmas is by having indulgent foods in moderation.

MOST importantly keep yourself hydrated!
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a DM!
So I guess you're wondering what to do afterwards? Well here are some tips for your aftercare.
The friendly bacteria in your system will be a little depleted, so it is strongly advised that you replenish them. You can do this by taking a high-strength probiotic or consuming fermented vegetables and/or juices. It may take a few days or more for regular bowel motions to return because of the cleansed environment of the colon. This is an indication of a positive, healthy shift! You may experience tiredness and fatigue after your treatment if you have long-term constipation or other health issues. If this happens, getting some rest will help things get back in balance. It is
advised to think of this therapy as a fresh start and although it’s not always easy resetting an unbalanced gut it can take some time, I'm here to help if you ever need anything or have any questions..
You'll feel refreshed and ready to continue on your way to a better, more promising
future.
A speculum is gently introduced to the bowel via the re**um. Due to the speculums modest size and the use of lubricant, you may feel a little bit of pressure that’s over in a matter of seconds but no pain. Many people rarely feel it being inserted. A controlled flow of warm, filtered water will be introduced into the colon using the speculum. Faecal waste is gently removed by the water and released via the clear pipe under my supervision. An abdominal massage will also be given to you as
part of your treatment, helping to facilitate the colon's natural elimination of waste. Although the entire procedure can be felt, it is not unpleasant; the sensation that might be felt is a slight cramping from the buildup of gas or waste. Prior to your treatment, all of the equipment is hygienically prepped and disposable to guarantee complete cleanliness. I use only hospital grade cleaning products and a medical grade air purifier. Since the system is closed and contained, odour and mess
are not a problem. To make sure you enjoy and benefit from colonic hydrotherapy, you will be made to feel at ease and comfortable.
